Welcome – All work meets the highest standards of quality and stability. If you are not satisfied, please use the “Contact” tab on the left side of this page.

Payment – I only accept Cash (in person) or PayPal.

Shipping – Since most of my pieces are commissioned or custom-made and I have no idea where a buyer may be from, I estimate shipping when requested or an order has been made. The completed commission or custom-made project will be shipped when the final payment has been received. The actual shipping cost will be added to your final payment/invoice. This way I’m sure when I send the item it will be the actual current rate with no surprises. It also guarantees the buyer is getting the item shipped exactly the way they want. For shipping costs on commissions, see below.

No orders will be shipped until the shipping address has been verified by the BUYER. I don’t ship using the PayPal verified address because some packages have been returned which costs me money and runs the risk of packages being lost.

Items under 13 oz, APO/FPO addresses, and PO Boxes will be shipped by USPS. The rate will include box cost and insurance with a delivery or signature confirmation number. Items over 13 oz and all other addresses will be shipped by FedEx. The rate will include box cost, insurance, and direct signature with a tracking number. I do NOT ship UPS because they are unreliable. Shipping costs not within my control so are subject to change at any time.

All sewn pieces are shipped with a lavender sachet and care directions. I add the sachet because most items are shipped in plastic (which tends to have an unpleasant scent). Please tell me if you want to decline the sachet.

Refunds – Exchanges can only be accepted within 14 days after the sale. I will exchange any item (except custom-made) for any reason (except damage in transit). I will only accept a return if the wrong item was sent.  Commissioned or custom work can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Buyer pays return shipping. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, that is the shipper’s responsibility. If you are not satisfied, please email me immediately and I will do my best to resolve any issues that may arise.

Copyright and Reproduction Rights – The artist retains ownership of all rights for the completed work and any preliminary drawings, photographs, recordings, and mocks which may be created in connection with the execution of the work. Copies of finished work cannot be reproduced without written consent from the artist unless other arrangements have been made.

Commissions – During the process of a commission I may have questions that need to be answered in order to continue working. I am not responsible for a date of completion being pushed back or late if the client does not answer said questions in a timely manner. Artist shall make every effort to execute the work to the satisfaction of the client prior to completion. In the event, however, that the client refuses to accept the work as executed (whether such refusal is reasonable or not), the client shall not be entitled to recover payment of the first installment.

Authenticity – All pieces here have been designed, created, and finished by myself. Each unique piece will include care instructions.

Estimate Price – All services (including materials, equipment, labor, and shipping) will be included in the estimate price. Client agrees to pay the total estimate price in two or three installments unless other arrangements have been made. The first payment is generally for the cost of materials and the last payment is for the balance plus actual shipping costs. The client agrees to these terms when making the first payment. This first payment is non-refundable. More detailed projects will include work-in-progress images showing the progression of the work from start to finish. The next or final payment(s) shall be paid when proof of completion of the work is provided. Completed projects will be shipped when the final payment has been received. The client shall pay any applicable sales tax.

Date of Completion – A date of completion will be agreed upon. If the work cannot be completed within said period of time, artist shall be entitled to extend the completion date for a reasonable period thereafter not exceeding a total of 60 days. If artist is unable to complete work on or before such extended completion date, client shall be entitled to refuse to accept the work without liability to pay the second installment. Client shall not be entitled to recover payment of the first installment. Ownership of the work and all rights therein shall remain with the artist.
