Welcome
All work meets the highest standards of quality and stability. If you are not satisfied, please email me immediately.
Payment
I only accept PayPal.
Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are stated on each listing or bid. I normally ship with insurance so please let me know if you don’t want insurance.
Commissions and custom requests will be shipped First Class if under 13 oz. If over 13 oz. I’ll ship Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Note that I won’t know the actual shipping cost until I finish the project.
All sewn pieces are shipped with a lavender sachet and care directions. I add the sachet because most items are shipped in plastic (which tends to have an unpleasant scent).
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns can only be accepted within 7 days after the sale. Commissioned or custom work can not be refunded or exchanged.
If you opted for shipping insurance and your item is damaged or lost, please contact the shipping provider.
If you didn’t have shipping insurance, I can’t refund or exchange any damaged or lost items.
